This vintage Porcelain Quaker State Motor Oil Tombstone Sign and Base is a rare, but beautiful find. The top of the sign has a cream colored Quaker state logo. The sign says, “Quaker State Motor Oil” and is in embossed cream lettering. This is a double-sided sign with the same lettering on both sides. The background is forest green. There is a base to attach the sign to. The sign is tombstone-shaped and hangs suspended from chains through grommets in the sign. The bottom of the sign bears the fine print on the lower left, “Quaker State Oil Refining Corporation,” also in cream text.
